What clients want...patios, pavers, walkways, driveways

We are constantly evolving in our business. This is not a bad thing, as we want what our customers want. We can't do everything of course, nor do we want to. There are some things we just should not do. When it comes to cleaning or restoring a surface finish it is best to know what you are getting into. Sometimes, what a customer wants isn't realistic. We want what is best for them, and if the customer wants something that does not fit that criteria, then like a doctor, we won't prescribe it to them. And if the customer insists, then worst case scenario is we will walk away from it all together. This is why we do free evaluations on surface finishes in our immediate area. We will give our clients realistic expectations on the results they can attain with the current methods of restoring surfaces. We will also educate them on the process and time frames it takes to do the project the right way. This way they will be able to question any other process that may be thrown at them.
